File Program Plan

Fall 12/08/23 Students should begin developing their program plan during their first year and submit the plan with the assistance of their advisor for faculty approval no later than the end of the fall term of their second year.

Annual Student Reviews

May 2024 05/15/24 Student portfolios must be submitted in OneDrive no later than May 15th of each year.

Apply for Practicum

May 2024 05/15/24

During the spring quarter prior to enrolling in School-Based Practicum, students complete a practicum application that is reviewed by the school psychology practicum coordinator. To apply for this practicum, students must (a) be a student in good standing, (b) have completed core school psychology program courses (SPSY 630 Introduction to Consultation, SPSY 661 Principles and Practices, SPSY 663 Professional Ethics, SPSY 671 Behavioral Assessment, SPSY 672 Intellectual Assessment, SPSY 674 Educational Assessment, SPED 528 Law and Special Education, and SPED 540 Early Literacy for Diverse Learners) with a B- grade or better; (c) have completed additional coursework as specified by the student’s academic advisor, and (d) be recommended by their academic advisor for placement.
